Terms of Service

1. Purpose

FireFlyer is a SaaS service for personal wealth and financial portfolio tracking, accessible at fireflyer.net, published by MALA GESTION (SAS, SIREN 994 483 477). Using FireFlyer implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Access

Access to the service requires:

• a valid Google account;
• being at least 18 years old;
• accepting these Terms of Service.

MALA GESTION reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

3. Service description

FireFlyer allows users to:

• track financial assets (stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, precious metals, savings, etc.);
• view portfolio value over time;
• track real estate and associated loans;
• simulate financial independence (FIRE method);
• export their data.

4. Availability

MALA GESTION endeavours to provide the best possible availability. No contractual SLA is guaranteed under the free tier. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons without prior notice.

5. Pricing

FireFlyer is offered in two plans:

• Free plan — access to all core features, no commitment, no credit card required.
• Pro plan — unlimited access to all advanced features, at €4/month (VAT included) or €24/year (VAT included, −50%), cancellable at any time.

Full details and limits of each plan are listed on the service homepage. MALA GESTION reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior email notice.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer subscribing to the Pro plan has a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, without giving any reason.

Express waiver: at checkout, you may expressly request that the Pro service begin immediately before the withdrawal period expires. By ticking the dedicated box during checkout, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (Art. L221-28 5°, French Consumer Code).

To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), send your request to contact@fireflyer.net with your Stripe order reference. MALA GESTION will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your request, via the original payment method.

7. Financial data

Asset prices displayed in FireFlyer are provided for informational purposes only, sourced from third-party providers (Yahoo Finance, Financial Times Markets Data). MALA GESTION is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this data.

FireFlyer does not constitute investment advice. Information displayed must not be interpreted as a buy or sell recommendation. The user bears sole responsibility for their financial decisions.

8. Liability

MALA GESTION shall not be liable for:

• financial losses resulting from use of the service;
• service unavailability;
• inaccuracy of third-party data.

9. Intellectual property

The user retains ownership of their portfolio data and grants MALA GESTION a hosting and processing licence for service purposes. MALA GESTION does not sell, rent or share user data with third parties.

10. Termination and account deletion

Users may delete their account at any time via Account settings → Delete my account. All associated data is immediately and permanently deleted. For the Pro plan, cancellation stops billing at the next cycle; no pro-rata refund is issued for the current period.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any unresolved dispute shall be brought exclusively before the courts of MALA GESTION's registered office (Thionville, France).

12. Amendments

These Terms may be amended at any time. Users will be notified by email of any material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
